Can having a uti be mistaken for being pregnant? It burns when I urinate, but I feel kind of nauseous and my period hasn't gotten here yet. My period skips around so much though that it's difficult to tell. Any help would be lovely!

Well, I usually start on the day that I posted the first forum message, and I took the test a couple of days ago which would be approx 2 weeks (give or take a few days). I'm not having any pregnancy symptoms of any sort though. I may take one again soon just to see if i'm right.

Also, I don't know if having endometriosis might have anything to do with it or not. Between that, the steroids i've had to take in the past couple of months, and overall being stressed in general it could be due to all of those.

I just recently thought I was pregnant. I was two weeks late. I was Dizzy and Nauseated so I went to my family doctor. Come to find out I had a uti. The doctor said that it can cause you to be late and feel dizzy and nauseated. About a day after I started the antibiotic I started my period. Hope this helps.
