I told you all about derek on friday
night.Of yet no response but I have seen
him today.
He said he was alright but he was asking
for a pain killer of some sort and when I
asked him why he said his kidneys have
been really sore since friday night when
he was violently sick at church and was
running a high fever.
What could it be and what should I suggest

Start with a kidney infection as the cause
of the fever and tenderness in the kidney
area. He should go to the er and have his
urine screened for hematuria etc.
