well, any time there is something that itches it means that something is wrong.

Especially when it is on the moist tissue.

Is there any "bad" smell? Is there a strange discharg?

I have horrible itching on the non-moist skin that goes in cycles with my horemones and no doctor can diagnose what is wrong with me.

You really need to see a doctor for this.

It could be yeast related or even worse human papaloma virus (hpv) or genital worts, or a herpies based infection.

Any itching down there that goes above and beyond the once and a while should be checked out by profeshonals.
