I've never heard of an upset stomach as being a sign...

You might be seeing signs this soon, or it might be as long as a few months, or a number of years.

Her having 4 kids and being 28 years old means nothing; her sex history does though...

Symptoms
An upset stomach may be a bowel syndrome caused due to many other factors and not really a hiv .

Secondly, it is not possible to relate the number of kids and age with this. Its only the history of partners and risk activities involved could be counted to predict the possibility.

If you are doubtful, wait for the window period and get checked. Or you could talk casually with your partner to know her previous history and get comforted.

Upset Stomach
Upset stomach is not usually a sign of the early stage of hiv. And since it has been occuring 'since' the incident, it couldn't possibly be, since any symptoms would occur at least two weeks afterwards.

Hope that makes sense.
