1. No and it can cause your veins and blood vessels to pop. Don't use one!

Penis pumps are more novelty items than anything else now days. However, in some cases they can temporarily increase the size of your penis. Going along with your penis enlargment question... I dont believe there is, the only source of pensi enlargment I know about are pills (which im not sure work). I wouldnt worry about it, your 60 years old man, your wife isnt going to leave you because you have a small penis...

Wife Won't Leave
I think that men who feel that they are secure because of their age or because they have been with somebody for a long time is wrong. I hear about a lot of people who get divorced after being married for 25 years or more. To sit back and think you are secure in any relationship can cause you to take your mate for granted and not work to keep your relationship exciting. We should always work on keeping sex interesting to our mates.

I have been using a penis pump now for over 4 years. The only thing benificial it does for me is prepares me for intercourse and brings blood into the penis, especially the head of the penis, and makes it more sensitive and also temporarily makes my penis larger. This helps because after being married for over 40 years, my wife's vagina is much larger, and besides she bore four children, and so when I increase the size of my penis it feels better inside her. It has increased the length and width of my penis some over the years, maybe 1" in length. Be careful though because too much pumping can bust the blood vessels and cause a discoloration of your penis. It will turn a little brown where the blood keeps coming up to the top of the skin. Use plenty of lubrication when pumping. My wife knows I do this and she agrees that it does help some when we have intercourse. The best pumps you can buy come from l.A. Pump in california. They are very good quality and worth the money. Maybe this will help some old man my age...I'm 64 years old.

I have been married to the same women for 41 years and have found out many years ago that most of sucessful sex does not come from the penis but from the mind and the heart. You can pump, use dildo's or whatever, but most of the time it will end in total frustration if you do not prepare yourself and your wife with plenty of foreplay and have a good strong marriage and good relaltionship with your wife, and the lord jesus christ. Sex is a god given act that should only be performed between a married man and his wife. Anything outside of those boundaries will never ever bring total satisfaction. Never!!!

I think the risks are much, much higher, than any potential "gains" or advantages you might get form them.

I dont personally have a penis but I saw a tv show about a guy who needed help sustaining his erection and the sex therapist told him to flex his pubic muscles which will ultimately give him moer control. Also u can put a towel over it and do these exercises using thw towel as a "weoght'. Hope this helps some. Good luck with your penis.
