Anyhow, as for your question. I have a teenage son myself. He is built like his father and I expect his voice won't get any deeper than his dad's voice (kind of like a tenor).
Look at your dad, does he have a deep voice or is it only moderately lower than female voices?
You can probably figure out how hairy, how tall and so forth you will be if you look at your father and the male relatives in your family. If no one has a really deep voice, you wont get one either.
As for the penis size. Well I think that penises continue to develop and grow on males til their early twenties so I wouldn't be too stressed over it. Besides its not the size, its what you do with what you have that really counts.
(if a girl really loves you, its not going to matter to her what size you have in your pants, she'll be happy with it).
