This sounds like the classic urticaria (hives) which cause a slight bump to appear and disappear repeatedly. Do u wear tight clothes?

Best and easiest way is to get rid of your clothes. Throw as much of it away as possible. Buy new ones including bed sheets, bath towels, pillow cases etc. Then only wash the new clothes with baking soda. Never use detergent again, as there are too much detergent residue in your system acting as toxin.

Buttocks, thigh, arm areas are all perfect areas for these bumps.
