Q: Pain In the Back of My Head

I noticed it while washing my hair this morning. It is on the left side a little above the bottm of my skull. The pain feels like it would if I had hit my head on something. I don't remember hitting my head though. I remember neck pain and stiffness last night. My husband says that it is probably related to that.
I am worried though. It has hurt all day. It really hurts if I touch it at all.
