For over two months I have been having pain in my lower back, buttocks and hips. I found a small lump in the beginning, now it is about the size of a golf ball and now I have three others which continue to get bigger. The biggest one feels like it is right on top of a bone, it doesn't hurt when I touch it but hurts after I quit touching it. Now it hurts to sit, lay down, and walking. Also this may not be connected but I have lost about 30lbs over the past 8-9 months without trying to. Can someone please help me figure out what this could be. I am scheduled to go to the doctor next week, but I dont have insurance and probably wont be able to take the tests he orders.

I dont know what it could be but do know that yu should just go to the emergency room and let them bill you. They cannot turn you away and they do not skip treatment even though you may not be able to pay.

If it is cancer, you cannot get to it too quickly!
