Help me! I don't know what is wrong with me?? I have a cut on the outside of my vagina. It has been there for close to four months now. I first realized it after havin sex with my boyfriend. I wasn't a virgin but it had been a while since I had sex. Now it won't go away. I have tried everything. Just recently I realized another "cut" showed up on the other side. I looked at it under the mirror and there are bumps in the openings of the cut. Sometime they itch, but not a lot. Please help because i'm freaking out and haven't discussed it with anyone yet! :(

There could be a couple of possibilities here.

1) they are just irritated areas from the friction of having sex. This could be especially true if you were more dry, causing more skin to skin contact.

2) it could be an std, such as herpes. Men can carry stds and not even know it.

The only way to know which you have is to see your doctor.
