Im not sure how a miscarriage happens. I just want to be sure that I dont get one if I am pregnant. So can someone please tell me how you get a miscarriage?

Its not something that you can really stop from happening. Some times it just happens. Alot of times it happens to people at a young age 13-18 and at an oldetr age of 30 -40. It cxan happen to anyone.

Its when your boby rejects the baby in a simple way of puting it.

Just try not to worry about it, if it happens it happens and theres nothing you can do about it.

Hofuly it wont happen. And there are things you can do that helps you not to miscarriage .

Try not to get to stressed and depress
try to take it easy
don't do any heave lighting
and eat whats good for you
