Q: Need Some Help One Something Please!

I need some help on something.
I dont know yet or not if im pregnant but im suppose to have my period or be on it now pretty much and all I have is spotting like really really light red and light brownish.
Some people have said that that might just be implantation bleeding.
If it is implantation bleeding does that mean I had a miscarriage or does it mean I am pregnant? Or what?
I really need help.
And also its been a month since I did it last without protection but that would be the day when I got preg. If I am preg. I have had some really bad headaches, either im hungry and ill pig out or if im hungry I wont eat, cramping with achy pains on my sides.
Can some one please help me?

Implantation bleeding is just the cells of the embryo attaching to the inner lining if your uterus. So implantation bleeding happens when u are pregnant. Miscarriages happen for lots of reasons. The best way to prevent tit from happening is to eat healthy take prenatal vitamins go to regular doctor visits avoid alcohol and smoking of any kind including second hand. And basically take care of your body. Its recommended to walk daily. But even if you do all the right things there is still a slight chance of miscarriage.

Inplantaion bleeding is when the egg gets inbedded in, and that means your pregnant, its uasallylight pink or light brown very faint, for me it looks like a spotting ,like a period but last one day or 2, and stops so, yes if you are defantly take a test when you exspect your next period.
