Im 14 and I had pubic hair since I was like 12 the I havent notice any chages till but when I was 13 almost 14 I got hair in my balls and since I was 12 almost 13 I mastubated and a clear liquid came out and im 14 and 3 months and still dont ejaculate real white sperm I need some reason for this to happen I sort of stop and go stop and go.

Basically the "white clear liquid" is cum, but without the sperm. Just give it some time, you're still pretty young...
