Q: Measuring the Stomach

I just had my first measurement done on my stomach last night and everything was fine. But did it hurt to anyone? The doctor had to push on my stomach to find the baby so she could tell where to measure to. That really hurt! Did anyone else have this? And ever since, my tummy will get a small but sharp pain once in awhile...It's probably all in my head.

Don't worry........Yes, it can be uncomfortable when they press down to find your uterus. You shouldn't be having severe pains, but it can be a little uncomfortable.
