Bump On Inner Eyelid

I have this tiny hard bump on my lower left inner eyelid... Its not tender or anything, round in shape, and it hasn't grown over the past few days, its just irritating and worrying.
Has anybody else had this? I'm thinking it might be a small chalazion but don't they grow and become obvious on the outside too?
Any help or past experiences would be very very helpful
