Ok, so I go to the gym 3 times a week. I do wieght training for 30 min, cardio for 30 and sit in the steam room for 30 min. I have quit eating fast food, white bread, soft drinks and not so many noodles, but I still seem to get bigger in my stomach instead of toned up! My legs are toning up, and so is my butt and chest, but my lower stomach just wont go away no matter how many reverse crunches I do. What is going on and what else can I do? Someone please help me!

Watching, not what you are eating, but watching "how" much you are eating. You don't have to necessarily cut things out of your diet, but just watch your calorie intake.

Exercise alone dosent work for some of us!

I for one would love to have the body of a super model without having to lift a finger and being able to eat all the chocolate cake I want.

Whether its diet pills, powder drinks, exercise machines or something else, we've all seen the fantastic claims of people losing weight, and how they can show you how to do the same thing.

I don't even want to get started telling you all the companies that ripped me off!

I've bought so many of these products that I can't even recall how many. I don't know why, but I tend to find the "good" in things, and I was "sold" by these marketing schemes time and time again, even after being scammed by another.

Being a writer for a local magazine, I recently wrote a review of weight loss products and 99% are scams.

You know, the unfortunate reality is that sometimes the areas we want to lose first are the ones that tone up last! When I first started losing weight, I wanted to lose mostly my stomach and legs, but the first thing to go was my back. My back? Why?! I didn't give a f--ck about my back, I cared about having a flat tummy and nice gams! But after a while, the tummy is starting to come off, and my calves are looking much nicer. If you are overweight, the tummy is going to take a lot more time to come off, but if you touch the area starting above your pelvis, you can feel it firming up! And if your legs and but ar firming up, great! Concentrate on how great you feel about those areas, for now.
Best of luck!
