Q: High Bp With Other Signs

I started having chest pains yesterday morning and they went away by the afternoon. Since the pains went away I am numb on my left side of my face, clumsiness, dizziness. I went to hospital last night and they did an ekg and blood work and everything was checked out as far as my heart. This is day 2 now and I am still numb on left side of face but its spreading to other parts of my face as well. I cant drink out of a straw anymore. Its affecting my eyesight and it feels that my left side of my face is just hanging. Is this caused by having high blood pressure? Please help!!

Extremely eHealthy

It almost sounds like you might have had a stroke. Did the doctors check for that. Clumsiness, face drooping and blurrend vision all point to stroke.
