Well my problem, and I dont feel ashamed saying this is that. After I cum from having sex which is within like 5 minutes I loose the hardness. Is that normal? Also, how come I cant go for long periods of time. It makes me really frustrated, is there anything I can do, I want to stay away from viagra, but is there anything at all. I need to know asap. My goal is at least to be able to go for like 20 minutes. Help please

There are different things u can do. When u get the feeling that ur about to go take it out and do something else.. Like give her oral.. Until the sensation is gone and then go again.

Personal favorate of mine, I used to think of sex as a work out.. Start counting.. 1..2..3..4.5.. Really helps..

Best of luck

Completely normal; while it's not impossible for a guy to maintain his erection, more often than not, guys will atleast somewhat lose their erection.

Yeh man, when you come, some guys have trouble getting it up afterwards. One thing I would suggest is using 2 condoms. One on top of the other. That way sensitivity is lowerd but you still feel it. Should let you go on for longer....Good luck

You should never use two condoms. The friction between them will just cause both of them to break. Just buy thicker condoms, as in ones not labeled "ultra-thin." but, whatever you do, never use two condoms!
