Hi all iam starting the dr b diet

i will keep my postings, experiences on this site , if anyone has any questions please ask, I have done lots of extensive research on this diet.....

Iam currently trying to lose 25-30 pounds......

Good luck - this diet works so dont let others deter you and scare you into thinking you'll gain it back.
