Q: Headaches After Sleep

Hi,
many a times I get headaches after having a long sleep. I mean if I sleep longer (say more than 10 hrs continuously) I get a severe headache which lasts for 5-6 hrs. The only remedy that I have found for this is to go for a walk for about 2 hrs. If I dont go out and stay in-doors it lasts for about 7-8 hrs. Also in many of these instances I feel hungry when I get up but dont feel like eating anything (may be because its more than 10 hrs since I had my last meal ??)
the pain is in the forehead and around the eyes. Any idea on what is the reason for this.

Regards

Severe Headache
May be your sinuses..... And laying down can slow the drainage of them. Try sleeping in a cooler enviroment and talking to a doctor, may be allergies to something you are sleeping on.
