I recently messed around with switching my birth control and I had unprotected sex so there is a possibility I could be pregnant. Can a pregnancy test give me an accurate reading even though I am on birth control?

Yes, even on birth control you will get an accuarte pregnancy test. If you switched birth control, and did not miss any days of your last pack then you are okay. I mean if you had your period and then started the pills like were supposed to. If not you need to be on them 7 days to be protected.
