Memory Blank?
Posted: 12-12-05 22:16pm

Hello i'm a 16 year old girl. Since last february i've been dealing with an enormous amount of stress, much, much more than any other person around my age deals with. Within the last 4 weeks, I have been blacking out parts of my memory. For example a minor thing like: I left my house for school, and then within a snap of my fingers I was at school without any recolection of the 5 minute walk. I live in a very small town and when I went for a drive with my friend the other day (also the same route I walk to school) I asked him where we were because I did not recognize the area at all. I have been walking the same route for 3 years and have lived in the same town for 16 years. I have had many hullucinations from stress and depression, but memory black outs? Sometimes I worry what has happened and if it is mental or what is going on. Has anyone ever experienced such a thing?

Maybe you should go to the anxiety forum--they might recognize some of your symptoms--i dont really know.

I do believe you need to see a .Dr though--this could be something serious.
