Help! I think I may have a pulmonary embolism! Does anyone know anything about these and if you did have one and it went undiagnosed, how long you could live with it? I don't have insurance so going to the e.R. Is so expensive for me. I have leg pain in both legs but mainly the left, some chest pain, and I always feel like I need to clear my throat or cough but nothing comes up when I do cough. Do I have this or is this one of my anxiety symptoms????

Hi

i think we have all diagnosed ourselves with some sort of illness but really all it is is our anxieties. I had every test possible done including brain scans and they were all clear. Since finding this out I have never had a panic attack again.

The mind is a powerful organ and can cause all sorts of symptoms from what you have described it sounds like anxiety. It`s not easy to relax when you feel that wwy but if you keep your body in such high alert you will experience horrible symptoms of anxiety.

Try relaxation tapes, speak to your doctor he/she may be able to help.

Good luck
