The 1st day of my last period was oct. 8. I spotted for a day or two a couple of weeks later when my period should of been. I also was tired, had period like cramps, headaches, backaches, and kinda nauseous at times, and nipples were very sensitive. I still have all these symptoms just at a lesser degree than before and I spotted from dec. 3-9. But nothing before that. I've took a pregnancy test probably about a month ago and it was negative. Does anyone think that I really am pregnant. I'm just so afraid i'm just gonna be told when I go to the drs that i'm not pregnant and that somethings wrong with me  . I want to be pregnant so bad, that im afraid I want it too much so god won't give me my wish

If I were you I would take another test asap just in case there wasn't enough hcg in your urine at the time of your first test to show a positive. Honey don't be afraid to go to the doctors office, there may very well be nothing wrong with you, you may be pregnant, you may be stressed out, and if there would be something wrong, the dr will probably be able to fix it. I will keep you in my prayers. Much love and baby dust to you.
Amy :)

Don't Be Afraid
Awe....Don't be afraid. We all want to be pregnant real bad - so we all understand how you will feel if you're not. But on the other hand, you very well might be! Or, if g-d forbid, there is something wrong, like captivating said, whatever it may be (if there is anything, but there probably isn't) - the doctor will help you!

So, don't be afraid and take another test on your own (hopefully it's ) and if not, get a blood test from you md.

Good luck and baby dust to you!!!!

Sorry to hear that you're not preggy - but, it is good that you went to your md - I have worked with many ladies that had polycystic ovarian syndrome and that were able to conceive quite easily - but you need to know that you have that so you & your doctor can take care of it.

Are you of european decent? I'm just curious, I was told that women with a european (italian, french, german, etc...) have more of that (i'm pretty sure it's genetic, you should find out if any women in your family had/have that and what they did for it. I'm surprised your gyn never found that out before. Was there a reason why they just found it now, or was this your first gyn vist?

Good luck with everything and especially on ttc!!!

Re: Sbslove
Yes I am of european decent, mainly german but have others from europe in me too. I already talked to my family about it and no one as far as we know have had it. So i'm the first. I have gone to get annual exams since I was 16 since i've had period problems since I started but the dr's kept saying it was all in my head basicly. Now I went to a differnt Dr. And he actually cares and is trying his damnedest to help me. Thats why they haven't figured it out sooner.

Glad You Switch Md
That is terrible, I hate that when doctors think it's in your head. Well, you'll be just fine, especially with your new doctor - the first hint to your other doctor should have been that you had problems with your period from day one and the second give-away should have been that you are of european descent...Believe it or not, that is one of the most common syndromes for you you guys (of european descent) here in america.

You're new doctor will help you just fine, and like I said, I have worked with alot of women who have that, and they had lots of children - so don't worry!

Good luck with everything:)

Pcos
Hi sbslove,
i am also diagnose with pcos and endrometrosis. My period is very irregular and I only found out that I have pcos recently and am still pretty upset. My gynea helped me by prescribing clomid. This helps me to ovulate.

i'm sorry to hear u got diagnosed with these. My Dr. Put me on metformin. So i'm hoping that does the trick. Best of luck. I'm pretty upset too. It hasn't been an easy thing to take. If you want someone to talk to feel free to pm me.

Thanks sbslove,
you can also pm me if you want to talk. Let me know how you are getting with metformin. My first cycle of clomid didn't work well for me :( I am also checking to see when my ovulation is, but no clue. My mucus and test kits didn't seems to suggest that I am ovulating....:(
