I have a very sharp pain in my chest. It makes my chest feel very tight and I have a sharp stabbing pain in my back. It also feels like i'm having a shortnes of breath. What could this be?

How old are you? Male or female? Could possibly be stress. But go to your doc asap and have it looked at. Chest pains aren't one of those problems you just put off.

Yeah, I agree. It could be something simple like a rib out of place or a pinched nerve. Or it could be an anxiety attack. But, it could be more serious, so you should get it checked.

get checked out immediatrely like the others said! May turn out to be anxiety related and if it is there are lots of things that we can recommend but first you need to rule out any physical/serious problems!

Could be stress or anxiety attacks but I most definitely agree with the others you need to get a full medical check done including an ecg (heart check)
