Q: Please Help- Leg Pain

A few weeks ago I went into the e.R. For "heart attack" symptoms...Chest pain, arm pain, hard time breathing plus a whole bunch more. I had blood work done like d-dimer, pt, ptt, troponin, ck/cpk, along with a chest xray, ekg, and ct angiography of the chest. The Dr. Said my blood clotting factors were high so they had to do the angio and xray to rule out a blood clot in my heart. Okay, anyway, they sent me home and didn't say if anything was wrong so I assumed there was not. But anyway, then I started worrying about blood clots since she said my clotting levels were high. So then my legs started hurting badly, especially while in bed but not so much when walking, and my chest still hurts and I keep coughing cuz it feels like there is stuff in my lungs/chest that needs to be coughed up, like I keep clearing my throat all the time. I am not coughing anything up though. I was and still am worried about a blood clot in my lungs and dvt. So last night I went into the e.R. Again and told the nurse my symptoms. I told her I had been in a few weeks ago, and she said they tell almost everyone thier d-dimer test is high so they can do the other tests so they can get paid for them. She also said if they did tests a few weeks ago and nothing was wrong I am probably fine now and it seems like anxiety. She said I could still see the Dr. If I wanted but I opted not to cuz of the cost of the bill and she made me feel a bit better by telling me that. So my questions...Does anyone know if the tests I had done a few weeks ago would have showed clots in my legs or lungs? And has anyone had the feeling of having to cough/clear thier throat all the time? I am sick of running to the e.R. And having all these "conditions"!!!!

hand and leg pain
Hi
I am suffering from neck, shoulders, hands and legs (thighs and shins) pain for the last two years. Doctors say this is due to stress but they do not explain how. Can you explain.

leg pains and every thing else
iv just started with sore shins, it hurts when i walk and bend, there not swollen and i cant feel no lumps or owt, could this be anxiety? iv been told by doctors i have panic attacks and i believe i do as my symptoms match. hard to breath, sweating, chokin feeling, headaches, belly aches. the lot, i once went to hospital cause i felt like i was having an heart attack, i felt silly after that and my attacks calmed down, now im havin problems breathing and it only feels right when i yawn, cause i feels like im getting a proper breath. if it was a blood clot you would be coughin up blood i suppose, go on the nhs website an type in blood clots nad see if it ease's your mind. i hope it does, id say you could be having panic attacks like me, i have all the same as you, bad pains, they can be so bad i cant sleep with worry, i hate bein alone at home in case i have a heart attack and my boyfriend not there to find me. it ruins ya life.

stress and anxiety
i am currently suffering from horrible leg pains that wake me up while I sleep. they seem to get better when I take .50 of xanax every six hours. I also have a feeling of an electrial current buzzing all the time in my abdomen. could this all be from stress.
