I'm just curious if anyone else is experiencing crazy ass nightmares like I am. I'm 10 weeks and it just started happening about a week ago. Any suggestions?
Thanks

through out both of my pregnancies i had very crazy dreams, but the majority seemed to be nightmares about zombies. my youngest is 15 months old and i still have the dreams sometimes.... sigh. i hear its just a side effect from all of the hormones.

i dont have nightmares, but i have strange dreams, like having twins/triplets, or having triplets but they turn out to be animals, or beached whales outside my door, etc....except for the occasional dream that someone has kidnapped my son, theyre scary!

Honestly, from what I have been told from friends that have had children weird dreams are normal. I would say the same for nightmares because of all the hormonal changes. But if you have nightmares talk about them with your partner because in most cases they are just our fears getting the better of us and talking always helped me

nightmares
I lost my baby brother to cancer 3 years ago. It was the most devastating time in my entire life. I don't think I will ever get used to him being on. I'm in my first trimester with my first child and I'm over 35. I've been having terrible dreams that my brother was kid again alive and healthy. Sounds good not quite. In the dreams, he keeps warning me not to allow our mother to be near the baby once he/she is born because she will abuse the child. Unfortunately, growing up, she did abuse us physically and emotionally in the name of religion. It was a very dark, painful time for me and my siblings. But she has changed so much and I know that she will be wonderful loving grandmother. So why am I having these horrific nightmares? Any theories?

I wouldn't put too much credit to the dream but still be cautious I am into the believe that spirits will try to communicate with us through our dreams. So be cautious but don't let it discourage any relationship between you and your mom or you mom and your baby.
