Omega-3
Hello I wouldnt recommend overdosing on omega 3, as your body ideally needs the correct balance of omega-3 and omega-6. I take omega-3 as a supplement to my bodybuilding diet. In moderation it is good for your heart and nervous system, also muscle development hence why I take it. On and off, ive taken it twice daily over the last 4 weeks and I dont feel it has helped my anxiety, but perhaps it might over a longer period. What has helped my anxiety is other things such as boosting your self confidence, which has helped enormously. But try omega-3 yourself, you have nothing too loose. Just dont overdose too much on it. I use flaxseed oil as its a good source of omega-3 and its cheaper than buying omega 3 tablets. Alternatively you can just eat a bit more tuna, samon or walnuts as they are a good source of it but I eat enough of those as it is and you get sick of the taste of canned tuna lol.
