Hi I was woundering how early can u tell if u are pregant. Cause I am always feeling sick, but never puke though. Its only been about two weeks sence me period. Can I be able to tell by now or is it all in my head.

If it has only been 2 weeks since your last period you would most likely not be able to tell, you may just now actually be ovulating. At about 3 weeks an early blood test can confirm pregnancy. 4 days before you miss your period you can use a first response pregnancy test, it is an early pee pregnancy test.
