Is it true that you are more likely to get pregnant if you have sex while you're on your period or less likely?

You are less likely, but technically speaking anything is possible. I have a perfect 28 day cycle, and ovulate on day 14. So I would not get pregnant on my period. But if you had a really short cycle you could get pregnant because sperm can live in you for up to 4 days, give it 5 if you are careful.
