I just started going on birth control last sunday I think...And me and my boyfriend had sex last night and he didn't pull out because he thought that the pill works right away. How long does it take to fully kick in and could I become pregnant?

Thanks so much
kristen

Actually, the doctor should have told you that when beginning the pill, for the first week you should use protection, then after that, it has already taken affect.
