Q: Inner Ear Problem

Hi
im new to this forum and I need help baddly

i have not been well for the last month with an inner ear problem. I have been to the doctor twice for this and she tells me there is nothing I can do but wait it out. In the mean time I feel sick to my stomach ,dizzy I can"t contentrate on my job I feel like I need to rest all the time. She tells me I have a little fluid in the inner ear. I hate feelling like this. There has to be something I can do to get rid of this.

Can anyone help me?
