A couple of week ago I posted a message
about a bruise which had just appeared in
the matter of 30 minute without any
reason.
The day after another bruise had appeared
on the other side of my wrist.Now they
have both gradually gone but right at the
top of my right arm just below the
shoulder a massive bruise has appeared
there for no apparent reason now.
Im pulling my hair out thinking what the
hell it could be and would like an idea of
what I could be dealing with here before I
go and see a doctor which im putting of
because im terrified of doctors lol.
I think it could maybe be caused by
something you are lacking in your diet,
but i'm not totally sure. It is likely
that your gp will just refer you for some
simple blood tests.

fairly good week this week.Nothing new has
appeared yet.But my friends are a bit

I am not sure, but I heard bruises have
something to do with lack of potasium.
