Bad:
1. Do not work long overtime hours on hard concrete floors.
2. Do not kick shite with bad toe. It will fn hurt like hell.
3. Drink lots of baking soda. This is really worthless.
4. Eat vienna sausages by the case.
5. Hiking down a mountain.
Good:
1. Quit work.
2. Eat salad and tuna for days on end.
3. Drink moderate amounts of beer. (contrarian opinion here, but even if it
hurts a little I dont care. Beer is god.)
4. Go hiking up a mountain. Toe requires less flexion and less pounding on
foot and knees. Charter a helicopter for return to trailhead. Or jump. (if you're dead you won't be suffering gout anymore.)
