There you are, I was thinking about you - well......No:( it came out negative, however, I didn't get my period yet (it's day 7 now) and my friend who is pregnant, told me that her early test was negative and that I should have waited for 7 days of missing my period, not 5 (i took that other test on the morning of day 5), so she thinks there is still hope.

But at this point, I am waiting for day 14 b/c these preg tests are getting expensive. She also told me to only use ept, the one that says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant'.

So, did you get your period yet?!!? I hope not! I hope you are preggy!!! Please tell me!!!!!!!!

I didnt get my period yet but I took an ept test and its negative so I dont know, maybe too early. But I hope you are preggy =) more babydust to you hehe

I am in the same boat as you. My period is five days late. I keep thinking its going to start but it doesnt. I am going to test again the first of next week. I am reallly anxious to test.

Test sometimes dont come out until 3 weeks past missed period, 5 weeks past ovulation or 7 weeks of pregnancy.(all the same day)

Thanks snowygirl, nurse_sarah, kansas - I hope we are all preggy - good luck to all of you - it is kind of frustrating, missing your period but getting negatives....Fatfamily, I didn't know that, why is that?!?!? So, should I wait for 2 more weeks then, you said up to 3 weeks after you missed your period?!?!

Snowygirl - wait for another week also, then we won't waste $ on tests and hopefully we'll have enough hcg to come up and get .....Hee,hee, that would be nice:)

i had to wait until 3 weeks past missed period to get positive, and then 20 years later my daughter and daughter in law both--same thing. Repeated tests and all only to get positive at 3 weeks past missed period. Just some pple take that long to show it.

With my last pregnancy I went in at 5 weeks pregnant(3 weeks past ovulation) dr ran test and did a pelvic exam--told me I was not pregnant. He gave me some kind of shot to cause me to have my period--for I was 3 months without one. I went home, no bleeding no period, came back 2 weeks later. He does test--he does pelvic, yes, you are 7 weeks pregnant. I say yes I knew that--now whats the shot gonna do to my baby??
He said nothing--just make your cervix stronger.

Fatfamily - that is pretty cool...And very good to know. I hope that mine will be positive then..Well, i'm 7 days over due, so should I wait for another 14 days? That would make it 3 weeks?!?!?

Did you have any preggy symptoms throughout those 3 weeks of being past due?

Ywah my doctor told me that it takes a long time to show up for some people. I think I am pregnant but mine showed negative. I am just going to test at te first of next week and then if that is negative I will wait a while and do it again. I have another doc app in one month so if af hasnt shown up yet and I am still getting negatives then hopefuly she will do a blood test. I just feel different and that is what makes me think I am prego. This morning makes 6 days late and today I feel really tired and just worn out. I dont have any cramping yet this morning but still very sore nipples. My husband thinks I am prego too. I really hope so and I can hardly wait. Good luck everyone and lots of baby dust!

Well, I hope you are...Good luck!! Are you nipples darker? Or just soar? I read that sometimes the nipples get a darker color when you're preggo, mine aren't. I thought my boobs were getting bigger, but now with all these negatvies, I have no clue if it's in my head or what! But, I do know that I have been getting cramps, like as if i'll get my period but don't get it, for a few weeks now

please keep me posted, you and I are pretty much in the same spot (i'm 8 days overdue today). But I think i'll wait for another week (i was going to do it next week too, but not if it can take up to 3 weeks to show).

Also, I read that you shouldn't drink alot of water before you take that urine test. I drink sooo much water all the time, i'm a fish:) when you take it, the night before, don't drink any fluids like an hour before you go to bed, so your urine will be concentrated enough to hopefully have enough hcg in it to show up! I'm going to do that too (when I re-do this test).

yes I did, I knew I was preg. Even though I had not had my period--i also know I was not too far along. I mean I had missed 3 periods and I knew I wasnt that far along. With this pregnancy I had these little pains in my right side lower abdomen every day for a long time. So, he was letting me know he was there. I now know it prolly was my ovary. Cus this preg I had ovary pains everyday for 6 weeks or so.

I just started spotting. Its not looking good. I bet its af. I am six days late but just started spotting a minute ago. I though maybe it was implantation bleeding but its not pink or brown. It redish but not dark red. :(

Hey kansas, remember me?? Im was also 5 days late... But not anymore. Just got mine... Pooh! Its funny coz im not usually late. Oh well, hope all is well with you. Let me know what happens.

Hey guys any update? I believe the key is just to relax and let it happen. I found out I was pregnant a month ago and it happened when I just relaxed and tried not to think about it too much.
