Over the past few weeks i've noticed a huge increase in stomach aches. Sometimes, it's a sharp stabbing pain in my lower right side, but usually it's just a nauseous, bloated sort of feeling. My eating habits are pretty healthy and have not changed.
Any ideas? Could the two different pains be unrelated? I tell you, the former is ffaarr worse.

Thanks
zoe

Frequent Stomach Pain?
I've just read your posting.

Are you suffering from stress at the minute? Because that can bring on all these sort of problems. If not try taking peppermints as these help calm the stomach. If all else fails go to the doctors and let him check it out.

Frequest Stomach Pains And Feeling Bloated
Hi tracy anne,

your stomach pains and general bloating feeling could be down to the lack of food you are eating. Everyone needs to eat in order to keep there body working. Does your stomach keep rumbling? If it does then it's a sure sign that your body requires food.

I have recently developed similar problems myself. I am a 27 yr old male. Around 3 -4 weeks ago I developed stomach pain and complete loss of appetite that lasted for about 9-10 days. I currently take zegerid in the mornings which helps cause I usually have some nausea in the morning. Last night I thought I was having a heart attack as well. Sharp pain on the right side of my chest.

My stomach has also started to act up again, and I have lost my desire to eat. I never had any stomach or reflux problems in the past, but it appears I have them now. I just dont understand I guess. I would love to be able to enjoy food again, but I am losing hope. I am eating because I know I have to, not because I want to.
