I keep lying but I dont mean to but the lies are becoming very big things and its breaking up my realtionships with people I cant admit it becaus e I would lose everyone I care about but I dont know how to stop I lie like I crave the attention and I lie to myself about why I lie please what do I do :(

Hi, i don't know much about this disorder, but I think it is caused through a need of attention. Why do you feel that you are lacking attention?? Do you think that maybe you have low self esteem at the moment, and when you recieve attention you feel better about yourself maybe?? If you have got low self esteem you need to try and think of ways which might help you feel better about yourself - you could maybe find some new hobbies etc. I think you would benefit from speaking to a counsellor, it will be a good network of support for you.
