Hello everyone, :)

i'm trying to help an acquaintance who knows how to pronounce the his condition but not how to spell it. He very foolishly took his anger out on his doctor and no longer has one. The town where he lives has no other doctors and i've been asked by his uncle to look it up on the net..Not so easy when you can't spell it!


Would really appreciate anyone who has any idea what this could be or how to find out posting back.
