My boyfriend has been having chest/back pains for the last 3 days. He describes the location has near his heart & through to his back. & sometimes around his ribs. I dont think its a sharp kind of pain. Just kind of dull. He probably weighs around 250 & is only 19. But he has been under a lot of stree lately. & I mean a lot. We live on our own & hes having trouble finding a job. & theres bills. Lots of bills. & barely enough money.

I wasnt sure if it was stress related. Or if there could be something seriously wrong. The pains recently started after a huge situation with our car payments. & it is the holidays. So I was just wondering.
