I didnt get my period at all in november or september but I got it in october, could that have been my last period? Or would I be showing and have more definite signs by now if I was pregnant then?

I am just trying to figure out how far along I am..Its now december and I still dont have my period but my pee tests were neg.

If I got pregnant in november, do you think it was too early for the pee tests to read my hcg levels?

My signs are my boobs hurt/fuller and back hurt occasionally, but everyday just not bad..
Constipation
missed period
fatigue
nipples/darker bigger?
There is a "bulge" lower abdomen
crampy and groggy but no period each time

please respond with what you think

im getting a blood test tomorrow
wish me luck
