My friend had the same problem. I don't know what causes it, but I think it is called a pilonidal cyst or abcess. I would go to your doctor and he can give you some antibiotics if that is the case. Does it hurt to touch?

Could just be piles especially if it only happens when you go to the toilet

It might be polyps I have heard of them.

But if it is pussing and bleeding you should go to the .Dr right away. Needs medical attention. Im sure wont be the easiest appt ever, but it really sounds serious.

i think I had ass crack . I felt it like a cut . I am scared . Actually its twice first time it happend was a month ago . But it got cured itself .

Wht to do now ???? Aare thre any medicenes tht can cure this ??/

These occur every once in a while, and for the most part, they're nothing to worry about. If they don't heal after a while, then there's something to worry about.
