I have been reading on here, and from what I read you ovulate two weeks after your period, or two weeks before. So, if that's true then you would not have been ovulating then, but you can still get pregnant. But, if you have only been on birth control a month anyways I would still use extra protection until the 2nd month just in case, although you should use it all of the time. Just continue taking your pills, if this is your 1st month, then your period can be crazy anyhow. The first time I took them my first period lasted a month, but this (the 2nd time ive been on them) it was normal. So, give it a couple weeks, continue taking your pills and get caught back up on the ones that you have missed, and you may be okay. Hope this helped!
