Q: What Are These Exercises?

Hi, I am 17 and I am very uncomfortable with the size of my penis. I am still a virgin and I think I will always be until I feel comfortable. Right now my penis is 6 1/2 inches and I am a very insacure person.

I just dont know what average is and I hope my growth spurt doesnt stop now. I dunno, I guess I just want it to be bigger, but I dont want any pills or any of that stuff since I am only 17 anyways. I have a girlfriend and I am afraid she is going to ask me to have sex and I will be to afraid to and say no.

There has to be some way other than pills. Also, do these exorcises only increase length, or do they make your penis wider too? Maybe I am just afraid of sex...Ughh so many concerns.. Please help.

Size
There are no exercises that will significantly increase either length or width, and if there were then everybody would be using them and the person who invented them would be rich. Unfortunately what you have is what you have, unless you opt for surgery.
But you should really spend less time worrying about it and more time focusing on your self-esteem. You should be proud of what you have and should not see your body as something that has to 'measure up' to other people's expectations.
The fact is that you are already above the average size, despite what some misinformed people may tell you. So be proud of what you have. Your body is your body, it's not something in a shop window for people to assess it's value.

You are above average. If your girlfriend wants to have sex don't be nervous, you have nothing to be embarassed about. I do agree with stu, you need to work on your self esteem.

Here's the facts:
-you're 17 and 6.5 inches; that's atleast average if not bigger than average (averages range from 5.25-6.25 inches usually; most sources say 6" is average). You should also consider that, at your age, chances are it will grow a little more still. Your penis tends to go through its own "growth spurts" between the ages of 13-15 and again between 17-20.
-exercises don't work and cause more damage than are good. They can cause nerve damage as well as deform the penis along with a number of other problems that they can cause. Stay away from these, you don't need them and you don't need the problems associated with them. (this includes stretching techniques, weights, enlargment devices etc...)
-pills don't work; plain and simple. They may cause you to get stronger erections, but will not increase your length/girth. Plus, since you're a minor, they're not an option.

You have nothing to worry about what so ever. Like everyone else said, just be confident with yourself, you should be embarassed or uncomfortable about it!
