Q: Itchy Skin Problem

This is a little embarrising but I would rather ask people online, then go face to face with my mother or my friends.

On the inside of my thighs I have this patch that runs across one thigh through the umm gooch..? I dunno anyways it looks like dry skin that wants to peel but it doesnt and it itches once and awhile. I scrub it I put lotion on it I put calimine lotion on it, and nothing seems to help. It is a darker than my normal skin tone. I have no clue what it is or how to get rid of it. Can someone help me out?
