BP meds can have some very odd side effects. I was on procardia which is a blood pressure medicine. I wasn't on it for blood pressure though-it was for pre-term labor. Well, the first few days I took it I felt absolutely horrible. I just felt like crap all over and had horrible headaches. It does take time for your body to adjust but sometimes you do have to change meds if the side effects are too bad.
