Itchy, On Neck Back And Chest

I was wondering if anyone gets the same, my face has almost no spots odd one here and there, but I often get large ones on my neck and back area that itch, and sometimes end up looking like bloodwheels, I also get them occasionaly on my chest, im a 24 year old male
