Somebody Please Help!!!

Okay, I am so worried, and I need to know if anyone else is experiencing this!!!
I am 12 weeks preg. And last tuesday I had some very light spotting, and then I went to the doc. They did a pelvic exam, and they said everything looked okay. Then on wed. Night I had a little more bleeding. I called the doctor, and then on thursday went in and once again was told everything looked okay. But this time the bleeding has not stopped. It is very light, like not even in my underwear, only when I wipe. I am so scared! Any advice could give would be great. I do have an appointment on thursday, so prayers would be appreciated as well! Thanks all!

Just thought I would let everyone know that I went to the er today because the bleeding got worse, and I have miscarried. Good luck to you all.
