Is it possible for anxiety to make you feel like you cannot breath all day long or that throughout the day during different times it is hard to breath, and worry about it all day so that it just feels so much like you just cant breath. Please any info would be awesome, I am freaking out. I had a pulmonary function test which was ok and I just started lexapro. Please help

Breathing Re
I've been dealing with anxiety for a few years now. Almost four.
I've felt all different kinds of symptoms. Breathing problems has been one of them.
It's gone on for days at times. I feel like when I inhale i'm not even coming close to getting enough air. Almost as if I can't inhale.
But I remind myself that if I was not breathing i'd pass out.
I've had all kinds of tests done too.
And they have never found a medical problem.
Hang in there!
