Q: Bumps-freaked Out!

Hi. I'm 19 years old and have a girlfriend of 2 years. Within the last 2 days i've noticed some small flesh-colored or slightly ligher than flesh-colored bumps on the underside of my penis and around the shaft and one or two on my testicles. There are one or two above the shaft and where my pubic hair would be. A majority of them have a hair growing out of them, either through the center or the side. I'm not sure whether they've been there longer than 2 or 3 days because I just shaved down there, but i'm relatively sure they must have been. There is no itching or pain or redness, but i'm extremely worried about this.

Background info: girlfriend was a virgin until me. Have not had sex with anyone besides her in 2 years. Had sex before that with a condom.

Please, any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. I've seen other topics similar to this, but I am freaked out enough that I need as much confirmation as possible that this isn't something serious.

Thanks again.

Edit: the night before I noticed them my girlfriend and I had sex for an extended period of time with alot of "mess," if you know what I mean. I didn't wash off after that, as disgusting as it may sound. The areas that the bumps are in are generally the "dark" spots where my penis would rest on my testicles and where alot of rubbing occured. Could this be a possible cause?

Not to worry, based on the fact that you said that a hair is growing out of most of them, it's probably just that, that they are new hairs. A lot of guys get this for some reason; nothing to worry about.

This is normal even at 19 years old?

Yes, as new hairs can grow well into your 20s.

desease concern
while foreplaying with my new partner, I noticed around the penis shaft a white colored ring, the inside of a mushroom look alike. You know it feels rough and when you rub on it, it looks like the inside of a mushroom. He said he has had it since he was about 16, 17 years old. What could that be? I have never seen anything like that before.
