Old Life
I have the same thing, I am 24 and I started suffering from anxiety in November 2008. I was super confident in everything i did and life was good. I fainted in November and jan. I thought there was something up. i self-diagnosed myself with diabetes, brain tumors and all sorts. My eyes do go fuzzy and i get a sense of my surrounding not being real. I was given beta blockers only. I wis my life went back. Before hand i used to go snowboard, go out and about all over the place. No i do none of it. I cant even go to a supermarket without feeling like i am going to faint. And even a simple task going the train seems to trigger it. It is a nightmare

back in the day.
i know how you all feel! everyday i find myself thinking "i wish i could go back to five years ago when i'd never even heard of anxiety and everything was easier" i've never fainted but i feel like i will and it scares me! recently my eyes have started to blur and i have troulbe focusing which is scary because it makes you feel like you will faint or something.

i'm not taking any meds but its nice ot read that i'm not alone out there.

People, same as everyone else. 1 month ago my vision went cloudy and tough to focus. I've just turned 30 and although I don't feel stressed I have no energy, cloudy vision and a bit of nausea. Been for an MRI (all clear), just had blood tests (waiting for results), bought glasses (help with computer work), seen an eye specialist (non conclusive). What a pain, I just want to go back to 4 weeks ago and get on with my life again>> ideas??

Fuzzy head, Palpitations No Energy,

I feel the same way as all of you. I also haven an anxiety dissorder but I am getting better through exposure therapy and taking chances. The symptom that just does not want to leave me alone is the Fuzzy head feeling, and going to the washroom all the time. I just feel like I am not really here...but I am...and I have no patience, short temper and I am very emotional. Will this fuzzy head go away in time? I am not taking any mredications just some natural supplements for my stomach and to calm me down at times of high stress.
