Everyone hear should take a look at research on Glutathione that is shown to reduce anxiety and depression. It's very powerful because your body already makes it.

But it also decline with age after the age of 20.

Old Life
I have the same thing, I am 24 and I started suffering from anxiety in November 2008. I was super confident in everything i did and life was good. I fainted in November and jan. I thought there was something up. i self-diagnosed myself with diabetes, brain tumors and all sorts. My eyes do go fuzzy and i get a sense of my surrounding not being real. I was given beta blockers only. I wis my life went back. Before hand i used to go snowboard, go out and about all over the place. No i do none of it. I cant even go to a supermarket without feeling like i am going to faint. And even a simple task going the train seems to trigger it. It is a nightmare

I get it!
I had the same issue. Went to the eye doctor and he did actually perscribe me glasses, but they don't work, because the problem is in my brain, not my eyes. I know what you mean about not looking into the future. It's scary, but here is the secret.... If you imagine being better, and whole, you're closer to that reality. The only thing that gets me through is God. Without prayer I honestly don't know where I would be. I do take drugs, 40 mg's prozac, and it helps about 75%. If you can beat this without medicine though, you should! I would love to help you in any way!

People, same as everyone else. 1 month ago my vision went cloudy and tough to focus. I've just turned 30 and although I don't feel stressed I have no energy, cloudy vision and a bit of nausea. Been for an MRI (all clear), just had blood tests (waiting for results), bought glasses (help with computer work), seen an eye specialist (non conclusive). What a pain, I just want to go back to 4 weeks ago and get on with my life again>> ideas??

Fuzzy head, Palpitations No Energy,

I feel the same way as all of you. I also haven an anxiety dissorder but I am getting better through exposure therapy and taking chances. The symptom that just does not want to leave me alone is the Fuzzy head feeling, and going to the washroom all the time. I just feel like I am not really here...but I am...and I have no patience, short temper and I am very emotional. Will this fuzzy head go away in time? I am not taking any mredications just some natural supplements for my stomach and to calm me down at times of high stress.

I have had the fuzzy feeling with all the other sypmtoms, stomach pains , severe dizziness, I also have sever panic attacks. I cannot even drive on the highway anymore. I have been dealing with this for 11 years now. I thought for the longest time that I had cancer. I was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder, generallized anxiety, and panic disorder. I don't even remember what it feels like to feel normal. I have tried every medication and do not like them. The only one that worked was xanax but when I went off them had worse anxiety than before and went through a week of withdrawls. I am now starting counseling and a new thing called EMDR which is clinically proven to work for PTSD and anxiety. I'm really excited and looking forward to the future. Hang in their guys you can still have a life even with this horrible affliction. Just keep thinking positively in the meantime.....Also I was told to take yoga it supposed to be good for breathing techniques and help with anxiety.

You can get past this!
Hello everyone I went through a year of severe anxiety and symptoms like everyone else has mentioned. When things were really bad I didn't want to leave the house at all and had trouble driving. My head felt extremely fuzzy and I also had the "not there feeling". It has been over 3 years since this got really bad and for the last year and a half things have been much better. I found a book called at last a life that really helped when things were the worse and then the Lucinda bassett cd's. I have learned so much about this and how to manage it. There are still some challenges but overall things are much better. There is hope and it starts with accepting how you feel for now and stop worrying about it. Your mind is extemely tired from all this worry and that is what is causing the majority of your symptoms. It will take time for you to start feeling better but if you just accept how you feel for now things will improve. Another thing that has really helped me greatly is my faith in Jesus. So I am writing all this to tell you that you can get past this and enjoy life. I hope this helps sombody and I pray us that have to deal with this often. Forgot to mention I'm 23 and graduated from college recently. God bless. and you can take back control of your life from this! Feel free to message me.

Fuzzy head anxiety
I'm so glad I have read these posts it's given me some positive insight . I'm 43 and a full time nurse, iv always bin bubbly and confident and knew what I wanted in life . But for the last 6 month iv bin suffering from anxiety and fuzziness in the head and sometimes feel as though I'm having an outer body experience when walking . I feel faint when in supermarkets and sometimes from no we're start to think about death , and in a rush to fulfill my life instead of enjoying each day as it comes. I don't have many symptoms at work as I'm focused on helping others, just wish I could be given some advice and bit of help to just have a normal outlook on life .

I've had an anxiety disorder for a while now. I self-diagnosed myself with cancer, brain tumours, anorexia, heart problems and all sorts.
I have emetophobia too, which doesnt help. I get panic attacks and I feel like I am going to die. I'm not depressed but I know I am on the road to being that way. I'm awaiting counselling sessions, hopefully I should be able to get back on with my life.
I've had MRI scans, blood tests, etc etc. All clear.
This makes me worry more, I've got it in my head that I've got some rare condition that no one has ever heard of and it really scares me. I always feel alone and that no one understands, but it's nice (in a cruel way) knowing that all you people struggle too. First time I havent felt pathetic.

I hope you all find a way to over come your anxiety disorders. It would be amazing to find a cure at the click of a fingers. Good luck!

hi all,
I am 50 years of age and have suffered anxiety at different levels since 23 years of age . I understand to a certain degree what you are all going through. The one thing i would pass onto you all is to realise and understand the syptoms and take preventative measures to lessen the impact - try to avoid stressfull situations whenever possible. The one thing is when you are going through extreme anxiety is to attempt to remedy the situation. A book i once read made a comment which i still think about today "accept it, Face it & let it flow over". do not try to remedy thoughts during times of great anxiety because you will not be able to fix it. Anxiety is not fun but you can live with it and learn to have an enjoyable life, believe me.

Hi evreyone

I started to get anxiety/ panic attacks after my drink was spiked at the new year. I had to go to hospital as my heart rate was high, and then had to wait for 6 weeks for a heart scan to make sure there was no damage thankfully it was fine. But now i imagine constantly i have all these things wrong with me, i get the fuzzy head blurred vision,i am waiting to see a thearapist, i think i've got some sort of anxiety disorder. It is nice to now i am not alone and my heart goes out to all you other sufferers out there, i have found out how ignorant some people are and thet think my behaviour is just 'weird' does anyone else have that problem with other peoples ignorance? also does anyone else get de ja vu?

Hi all,
I have all the same feelings. I've had anxiety and panic attacks in the past but because these symptoms feel so physical, without the feeling of fear in my stomach, I can't accept that there's nothing medically wrong with me. Of course I get the fear in my stomach once I start worrying that I have a brain tumour or something sinister. Also, I've been on aropax for nearly 6 months and I feel like, if it is anxiety wouldn't the fuzzy head feeling have gone away by now. Plus, sometimes I wake up "buzzing" feels like I'm electric and can feel a buzzing sensation in my head. It goes away when I get up and distract myself. But all of this still completely freaks me out. Does anyone else get the buzzing in conjunction with the fuzzy head symptoms?

symptoms: stress, eyes fuzzy, ringing ears, chest heavy
I have the same symptoms. Fuzzy eyes, almost feel heavy on the tops, very strange. My buzzing in the ears I've had for years. Notice mostly at night when it is quite and I go to bed. I think it is my TMJ. My dentist thinks it could go away if I get my teeth straightened. My jaw and bite is off. My ears hurt alot. Stress headaches go in spurts, and sometimes hard to break the cycle of them. I too think sometimes that I must have a tumor or something more serious. I just need to get rid of my sad relationship (my marriage) and my financial problems, and I will be better. I also have shortness of breath often. I think it is all stress.

Hi everyone

I was experiencing these same symptoms. I started getting symptoms of fuzzy head, poor concentration, dizziness about 6 years ago. In the past 3 years it seems to have become worse – so bad that I was becoming quite depressed, was reluctant to drive due to the feelings of fuzziness/ cognitive impairment. I did not feel like socialising with friends because I was having difficulty with speech and articulating my words. At work I struggled everyday to keep up with managing my work, using all my energy to try to keep focused on my work. Conducting meetings was hell!!

I promised myself if I were to ever find some relief from my symptoms I would come back to these posts to hopefully assist others with the same symptoms.

Two weeks ago a friend gave me a book about food intolerances. It is called “Food Intolerance” by John Hunter MD, Virginia Alun Jones MD, Elizabeth Workman RD, first published in 1986. I decided that it was worth a try to do their ‘Exclusion Diet’. It was quite difficult for the first week (modifying my diet) and also about the fourth day I got what felt like a really severe head cold. It got a lot of mucus from my nose, extremely blocked nose and headaches. The head cold lasted about 5 days! I think this was my body trying to detox.

Since I started a diet excluding all wheat and oats in particular, every day I am feeling better and better. My diet has mainly consisted of rice products (rice bubbles for breakfast), salads, steamed vegies, boiled potatoes, and grilled meats such as chicken and beef. I have also been eating canned tuna. I have found that I get fuzziness symptoms following eating bread, muffins, oats. At the moment I am having milk in small quantities, but when I started the diet I only took rice milk. So far, dairy doesn’t appear to be causing me to feel fuzzy.

I was reading about coeliacs disease this morning and some of the symptoms include dizziness, fatigue etc. I have not tested for this disease, but I plan to in the near future. I think it would help to put a name to my symptoms and take more control of my health and life.

I should note that I have had suspicions about wheat allergy for some time, but when I got an allergy test I wasn’t ‘allergic’, however I have since learned that ‘allergies’ and ‘intolerances’ are different. Intolerances won’t be picked up in an allergy test. The best way to test is to exclude it from your diet for some time and see if your symptoms disappear.

I’ve only been doing this diet for two weeks now, but I am feeling so much better! I actually feel happy again. I am less moody and impatient. I am able to concentrate on things, more sociable, doing more things that I love such as walking and driving. I am having less cravings for oily, fatty, baked foods.

Please dont despair. Like you, I was absolutely desperate to get my life back. It is worth trying to alter your diet to see if you too are intolerant to some food/s which may be causing you these symptoms. I know that I am intolerant to wheat and oats. I will get tested for coeliacs disease. I wish you all the best, and hope that you may be free from these debilitating symptoms too.
